Renting Guest Place by boat is subject to the following conditions
- Boat must always be placed in the designated location to which the booking confirmation refers.
- Mooring in the port takes place at your own risk and responsibility. GMG konsult AB is not responsible for damage or loss caused by the visiting boat or its crew.
- It is only permitted to add to the bookable places in Nyköping's Guest Harbor as well as the bookable places at the wooden jetty on the west side of the harbor basin against a paid fee.
- Port dues are paid according to the rate in advance according to the payment routine.
- In case of unauthorized addition, a fee of SEK 500 will be charged.
- Visitors to Gästhamn must show consideration for their surroundings.
- The speed within the harbor area is 3 knots
- Swell formations must be avoided.
- Unfamiliar driving in or adjacent to the harbor is not permitted.
- Grilling may only take place in designated areas.
- The service building and other common areas must be left in a well-kept condition.
- Garbage is placed in designated bins.
- Environmentally hazardous waste is placed in an environmental station
- Fresh water on docks is only intended for filling the boat's fresh water tanks.
- The volume from the radio, TV, or other sound system must be so muted that the surroundings are not disturbed.
- Silence applies between 23.00 and 06.00 on all days.
If the above conditions are not followed or correction is not made immediately after notification from personnel appointed by GMG konsult AB, the boat and its crew will be removed from the site despite the fee paid.
Terms and conditions for payment and booking of a berth by GMG konsult AB
These conditions apply between GMG konsult AB and the person who himself or through another person books/pays for a berth from GMG konsult AB.
The orderer/payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is listed as "Nyköpings gästhamn", "We" or "Nyköpings gästhamn". The booking/payment applies to the rental of the Boat berth by GMG konsult AB. Customers/guests in Nyköping's Guest Harbor are obliged to follow Nyköping Municipality's "Regulations for Nyköping Municipality's Guest Harbor", this document can be found in its entirety: HERE
Customers/guests who do not comply with these regulations have the right to reject Nyköping guest harbor staff from the area.
Booking and payment for private individuals
To book a berth/pay the port fee on the "hamn.nykoping.se" website, the customer must be at least 18 years old. To be able to complete the payment of the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or BankId and Swish is required.
Reservation of place
The price includes rent of space, access to the Service House with toilet, shower and sauna, as well as connection (incl. consumption) of electricity (10 amps). It is also possible to book the laundry for an extra fee.
Payment/Booking confirmation
On receipt of the booking confirmation, this must be checked, so that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/orderer to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS).
In the event of an error, we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
Payment of booking
Payment is made directly, also when booking.
All fees are in SEK and include VAT.
Cancellation of booked place
Cancellation must be made by calling 0155-24 86 00 (Weekdays 07.00-16.00) or sending an e-mail (gasthamn@nykoping.se) Always state your name, booking number and booked arrival date. The reservation fee is not refunded in case of cancellation. Cancellation < 24h before the booking starts is not refunded.
Liability for property/causing damage
GMG konsult AB is not responsible for things left behind.

Other obligations and rules of procedure
- The customer/guests must take good care of the berth, the port's facilities and follow the rules, instructions and regulations that apply.
- Between 23:00 and 06:00, the customer/guests must observe the greatest consideration and silence towards other guests.
- Grilling takes place at the designated location. Consider the risk of fire, review your extinguishing equipment.
- Each power outlet is 10 amps, which basically only means power for charging. Overcharging risks knocking out all or parts of our electricity grid. In case of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice the repair costs. One withdrawal was.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash.
- Environmental waste must be placed in an environmental station. Rubbish must be placed in designated bins. Other waste must not be flushed or thrown in the area.
- Payment of the fee must be made through our website, this also applies to bookings.
- The drinking water must not be used for washing vehicles.
- We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by third parties.

Breach of contract
This is an agreement drawn up between the customer (orderer) and GMG konsult AB. The agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if:
- The conditions in this document are not met.
- The customer/guests in the party behave in a disruptive manner in the area.
- The customer/guests in the party commit vandalism in the area.
- If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must immediately move from the area.
Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes and other events that can be regarded as force majeure, GMG konsult AB can cancel the agreement, whereby the customer and guests must be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, GMG konsult AB is obliged to repay the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit that has been derived from the site.
